<p>We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to work with the team of experts studying the business processes of the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine regarding the collection, exchange, processing, analysis, and use of data related to HIV, conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing information systems and data related to HIV in Ukraine.</p> <p>The purpose of this activity is to effectively leverage strategic information for decision-making; the use of data-driven insights to bolster HIV prevention and treatment programs, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing program coverage and effectiveness.</p> <p>Scope of Work</p> <ul><li>Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.</li><li>Document data quality issues and propose logic to cleaning automation.</li><li>Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.</li><li>Develop and maintain interactive dashboards allowing data digging and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).</li><li>Perform statistical analyses and data modeling.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.</li><li>Document methodologies, processes, and results for transparency and reproducibility.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.</li><li>Contributes to the development of Data Management Systems AP.</li><li>Contributes to the implementation of Data Management Systems ensuring data quality.</li><li>Close collaboration with technical specialists, analysts and experts across different domains.</li></ul> <p>Deliverables</p> <ul><li>Data collection and cleaning scripts or documented processes.</li><li>Regularly updated dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.</li><li>Comprehensive analysis reports summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations.</li><li>Presentation materials for stakeholder meetings.</li><li>Documentation of all data sources, methodologies, and code used in analyses.</li></ul> <p>Candidate Requirements</p> <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Data Analyst, preferably within healthcare, public health, or international projects</li><li>Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math or related field</li><li>Strong understanding of data management principles, system analysis, and data quality assessment methodologies</li><li>Experience with healthcare or social sector information systems is highly desirable</li><li>Proficiency in visualizing and presenting complex information through reports, diagrams, and maps</li><li>Proficiency in dashboards design</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul> <p>Advantages:</p> <ul><li>Experience with eHealth systems, DHIS2, OpenMRS, or similar platforms</li><li>Knowledge of the Ukrainian context in the field of digital health</li></ul>
