<p>ASSOCIATE TO JOIN IT DISPUTES PRACTICE</p> <p>We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join IT Disputes Practice.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>• Participate in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team;</p> <p>• Legal research and analysis of Ukrainian and foreign case law;</p> <p>• Contractual work, document review, drafting various documents (case summaries, commentaries, procedural documents);</p> <p>• Translation of various documents from Ukrainian to English and vice versa.</p> <p>• Support members of the team in ongoing cases and proceedings;</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>• Degree in law is a must from reputable Ukrainian university; LL.M. from foreign university will be considered as an advantage;</p> <p>• Not less than 2 years of work experience at a reputable local or international law firm;</p> <p>• Participation in moot courts, passion for international/alternative dispute resolution;</p> <p>• Excellent command in both Ukrainian and legal English (both verbal and writing);</p> <p>• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Databases and research tools;</p> <p>• Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to details;</p> <p>• Resilience and tenacity – able to remain effective and focused under pressure;</p> <p>• Results-driven personality;</p> <p>• Team player.</p> <p>WE OFFER:</p> <p>o Opportunity to communicate and build relations with corporate clients on a global level;</p> <p>o Young and dynamic business environment;</p> <p>o Professional growth with international law firm;</p> <p>o Possibility to participate in the exchange program and take an internship at one of the European law firms;</p> <p>o High remuneration and professional growth opportunities;</p> <p>o Transparent conditions of development and promotion within the firm;</p> <p>o Opportunity to obtain points for the advanced training of lawyers;</p> <p>o Possibility of free training at Legal High School;</p> <p>o Office in the city centre;</p> <p>o Young and friendly team.</p> <p>If you meet the above requirements, please send us your CV and salary expectations —
